That's because the resin that I use has specific directions to not be placed in a microwave, not be put in a dishwasher ,not be left in extreme temps, do not drop on hard surfaces. The resin that I use is FDA-approved meaning I have to let it cure for a full 72 hours before I can hand it off to you. All standard tumblers come with the option of two colors, two glitters, two decals or two images. anything over that will be considered a specialty item and additional fees will be applied. If I Missed detail on your cup I will fix it at my cost and I will pay shipping to and from me again. If that happens all I ask of you is to please hold on to your lid and your straw and only send me the cup back. (There may be small imperfections, blemishes or other variations including very small microbubbles, pin-sized rough spots or blending of colors, you may even find a couple specks of glitter on a non glitter cup, but they will not effect the integrity of your Tumbler)should you find a minor distinction that makes your item unique and one of a kind, I asked that you find the beauty in the flaws that makes the cup your own. No exceptions. due to the variation in screen settings and other electronic devices there may be slight difference in colors of glitter or brightness of photos posted to the page. if you damage your cup or you failed to tell me to add something to it and then you realized it after you seen it I cannot help that. But you are more than welcome to ship it back to me at your cost and pay a repair fee or an additional fee to add items to it. Early Christmas orders can be placed as early as you wish.
